Btw.. this sure bbb.. walking distance to LRT. Bit i dont like thw location. Very near with the track. But not sure how far the unit development from the track.

What is Sri Rampai 2? Sri Rampai station yes very2 far. but LRT TAMAN MELATI just walking distance.. so untungggg...

last time there is one guy just bought one lot rumah (with the land - read rumah setinggan) at that area just around 40k... then after 1 month.. somebody nock2 his house and ask him whether he want to sell his lot with 200 K? or choose to own one unit of the apartment.. HAHAHA...only one month sudah untung.. hhhahaa... drool.gif drool.gif

AGRRED. it is very near with the track. shakehead.gif There is pro and cons. If you want very near with the station.. then u need to bear with the sound even midnight when they maintain the train even at 2 am in the morning. btw. just buy a sound proof window . But finally will use to the sound later. sweat.gif

yup.. so bising. I used to stay there.. near LRT taman melati... even at 2 am.. cry.gif but after long time.. I used to it.. now just enjoy the walking distance from the station tongue.gif
