If there are so many ownstayers im cj, auctions wouldnt wait for 4 or 5th auction and price dropped way beyond cheap
Bear in mind that for example tis summer glade. It was launched b4 the property booming period. Imagine price dropped til almost hitting developers price. What a shame. |
