Area outskirt sikit mcm semenyih,cyberjaya,rawang etc, bolehlah tunggu sampai kali ke 4/5..sbb less competitor.

If there are so many ownstayers im cj, auctions wouldnt wait for 4 or 5th auction and price dropped way beyond cheap

Bear in mind that for example tis summer glade. It was launched b4 the property booming period. Imagine price dropped til almost hitting developers price.

What a shame.

If that was the case, then 269k of 300+k is now 11+% off...
Looking forward to more details or perhaps possible lower auction price if no bidder....

I think it's attractive enough for many to go and bid for this. But need to check if any caveat or if bumi unit.

Also, some banks don't provide loan for cyberia as I know their title is not out yet.
