It seems there are over 15 towers wip in or near cbj. More supply, may be more population.

more supply=more overhang units
for the time being, demand < supply especially in cyberjaya where majority is condo / apartment projects

Not even 1 year after VP, now with 10 active units in the lelong market.
All 2 bedroom unit and 3 bedroom unit. No 1 bedroom unit enter lelong yet.
