IMO, yes for own stay , if u don mind to travel or pay toll, for investment is a big no no unless u have deep pocket
I have been living in cyber for 12 years , watching all those high rise pop out like mushroom lol The place is much more vibrant now compared to 10 years ago |

I think most people i know who are interested to live in cbj are young families. But those who have family probably prefer to own a house instead of renting.
