My last e-mail complain as iPhone iOS could not access the Help Desk where CS replied as above. Since day one until now, their standard is ‘escalate’ but not rectifying thus far. Good luck iOS Driver, Door is shut for communication 😢

Roughly catch the idea of Flying GPS Locator & Selling Pings by 11s that conforming we couldn’t response within 4s of Victimized Pings 🤔
Could be the above reason Genuine Driver difficult to get Pings when Camping & far distanced PuP. Grab needed a Pro Strategist like me then 🤗

Updated Driver App but iPhone still can’t connect to in-App Help Desk. CS just replied me with this link: https://help.grab.com/hc/msMy previous company’s IT team would directly work with Google, Apple, Microsoft & I used to contact Apple Inc for assistance. Just realized that my incentive yesterday from 12:00pm to 12:59pm Registered 50min on line instead of full 60min.
Do we really need to keep tracking all these minor errors as that affecting our income blindly?
