Help Centre tab remains unaccessible via iOS. Is that very difficult to be fixed as compare to Grab’s Big Improving picture? |

Few angry riders complaining that some 10 GrabCars in front of KTM but all pings went to 15~20min away with passengers on board, while all these GrabCars patiently waiting pings from PuP 10~15min away. In addition, Grab didn’t factor in Accurate Traffic & Potential Route but Nearest Radius.?
