it is gross amount. you need to deduct 20/25% from that amount.

it is not only minimum fare top up. but also pickup top up added together. read the weekly incentive email.

Well I think Grab high fare is based on timing. Fare can really go from double to triple value. For around 30 mins. Those riders not able to wait will fall into the trap. Location is important as well. Yesterday got a normal fare RM20+ end up RM70+ trip. Hahaha. Time around 7.30pm. Location Subang Airport.

Depending on demand VS supply. But generally during peak hour, anywhere also will be high fare.

Keep on email them with proof of screenshots. Got 2 email department. One is normal customer service. Another is the payment team. Email both. Ask for a case ID to be opened.
Another place is their twitter account and FB. Seems to be active place to post and ask as well.

Last time used to have cases where incentive short or wrongly calculated.
But is a long fight. As long as you got proof, I think it is worth to keep fighting.
