Mine too. My total incentive last week was rm 276 but top up only rm 192. I think will deduct 25% commission.

recently took one smart looking fella from glomac centro near bandar utama to kpmg first avenue bandar utama , 1.4 KM ride, rm 7, using rm6 promo , cash payment, when arrived quickly say bye bye and left. I was stunned. where is my RM 1 fare mate?

I double check the details. it is a cash fare.

some people are just plain cbk. want to complain to Grab also I malu.

many condos in sunway area got car lobby. ( which , in returns these prince and princess will make you wait for a while )

example: lagoon view resort condo ( no need register ), palmville ( no need register ), a'marine ( need to register, guard very strict ), sunway monash residence ( wait at the bus stop in front of the condo ), lacosta ( wait in front of the guard house ),  , residensi laguna ( wait at the outside , rider have to stand while waiting for the driver to come, this one if you late confirm will get lower ratings ), nadayu ( got no place to wait at all )

Like I said. Malu lah to write for this kind of case.

in good spot, should drive slow, off b2b and hang drop off. do at your own risk.

I think Grab become a bit wiser, giving out promo only to "selected" customers only

mine any drop off at minute 50 and above, I will hang. even though only the 2nd or 3rd drop off. i like to start new block on the hour.

to be frank, I think many of us have met much more worse that this rider . some of them can be psycho also , ask us to do illegal dangerous maneuvering or u turn ( example: rider ask u to make dangerous illegal u turn at university kuala lumpur/sme bank at sultan ismail )
