should be no issue because the app shown Incentive 100% matches the amount credited into wallet after 20% commission deducted. if you think your incentive if too little... go check your daily Incentive earning under the incentive tab, 'ended' section. then post screenshot of pic here for us to analyze.

probably that means you every hour you exceeded the guaranteed amount for the number of jobs you did...

if that is the case and you think you really are owed incentives for that day that is missing, you should call CS or email gc.my.payments@grab.com

Yes..we know...thats why everyone who posts the incentive pic on FB and here is using a second phone to take the pic.

I observed this behavior few days in a row d.. in the morning and afternoon before 6pm.. the live incentive tab very quick to update after every job and the Daily AR calculate instantly. then from 6 pm something onwards the app will suddenly become very slow to update like what you experienced.

Is danger if you forget to remember/mark down a job that you ignored...and you main AR very close to 80%. Then you are like wondering "damn, did I remember to mark down that one rejected job"? Today my AR finished 80.6%...was a bit tense waiting for the app to update.

I also got ...this is after getting a GS job...maybe is Grab way to help drivers after all the complaints about slow riders?

just now 4pm something got this GS ping from Sri Hartamas to panglima garang..50+km, fare was $55 lol... wonder if that guy can get anyone to take his ping or not.

wah that time in the 80s subang considered bad area because of the old airport so those 747s taking off and landing non stop. wonder how the property prices affected after move to klia...

probably only Android..it was unmatched. luckily... otherwise might not get 4job block d..

the ones that are hard to decide to take or not are the $20 GS jobs with the Higher Price sign... then really must know the pickup and drop off area whether to take or not.

eh... I ignored six jobs today le, accepted 25 pings.AR 80.6%.

yeah normally I would never consider but today since the drop off was at jln Ipoh and the traffic very light... fur a split second I considered it. didn't want to waste a bullet since AR was at 80%.
then I remembered... this would be third job in the hour and only less then 20 mins left in the block.. some more I not familiar with the pickup location. so reject... but have to take the next 4 jobs to cover back and I wanted to go back d zzz.

you turn off the GPS is the worst...GRab will just hentam your last known location when assigning job.

Today got an interesting ping (second time get ping similar to this)....KLIA ping. But put in the notes: "Two Big Luggage".

Wonder just for fun, if I accept the ping, how, will the rider cancel or not LOL. if not cry no tears...

few times already, last time was Deepavali night, I get a job with three/four adults and 2-3 small kids (<3yrs old). Means including me the driver, up to seven people in one Axia. Only reason I have not refused to take is because so far all were small children or had an elderly person. Grab 6 seater drivers, please dont shoot me, I not meant to sabo you guys.

no..25 pings accepted...3 of them Rider cancelled. zero driver cancellation.
