Call grab CS to ask the reason off y nt receive ping.Then they tell me because yesterday evening I got ignore two job and the System detected.And my priority of receive ping is lower .And must wait 24hour only can receive ping~Summore I ask the girl y this afternoon around 2 pm I still can receive ping and she answer me maybe the system detection is delayed that's why afternoon I still can receive ping~

I ask her when I will be able to receive ping again and she said tomorrow around 12pm~24 hour?fainted~

Consider suspend?if yes y no any info or notice from Grab?

So far all Sifu here ignore ping got face this kind of issues b4 this?

Guys i just want to share my story, i feeling very upset and dissapointed to grab.

I have been driving grab almost 1 year

I has been inform and received the msg ask me to update my app, so i updated it on last week, and i found up that app got some problem, i had online 4hour didnt receive any case. And i made a report to CS, they ask me spet in HQ to check it up what problem to my app or phoen.

So i take a half day leave step-HQ to check it up what problem waste almost 1 hr for waiting and checking up everything , the officer tell me no problem for my app and phoen, maybe slow conntection... since stil function so i contiune work until yesterday.

Suddenly received an email said i am using unauthorise app so my account has been suspended ask me walk in for verification.

Ok, i take an other half day leave step in HQ again, this time the reception pass me to partner support department( last week verification).

1st the officer told me that u cannot ignore cases is not allow.
I told her i working part time 60 trip per month avg i didnt ignore more then 5-7 case to keep my AR up to 88% or above.

( she speckless , coz that is no a point to prove my fail)

2nd, she said i am playing" 321 accept "satisfy my AR rate.
( i told her please check my record did any case accept below 10 sec?)

Finally i show him the msg grab sent to me the reason why suspended my account and told her last week i just came for verification now again??
( The officer she told me the reception pass me to wrong department)

At last she just simple mark on the repentance paper what i fail ask go for re-education.

The counselor also cant answer why i kena suspend, at last i request to talk to the manager, i want to know that why the judgment my fail difference with the fraud team?

Sms say i using unauthourise app and fornt counter mark me inactive in online hour.

At last the manager didnt want to answer my question ask me get contact with fruad team.

Why ask permission? They took GrabShare, they have to share la. I also have a GS yesterday during evening MP, halfway to destination received second ping, straight away press accept. Then only inform the passengers I'm going to pick up another booking. It's not my fault I have to detour, they want save a little money, they waste their time la. I want to chase my incentives also.

rm70 clean nett for 4 hour were not more than rm20/hour
ignore the above because it was not on peak hour  and i know you mean driving on MP/UP/HP

but i found that driving on those jam hour would lower the total fare due to traffic
( my own experience which can be wrong )

i know gross rm30+ per hour were easy during non peak /no jam hour.
i know getting incentive for 2 trips per hour was not hard

but the problem was getting those ping that din't help on incentive
example - getting 3 to 4 rm5-10 fare on non-peak hour ( max rm30 fare then )
            - getting a rm20 fare on peak hour ( 1 trip take you 30+minutes minimum d )

the best condition was getting high fare on non peak hour and getting 2 or 3 low fare on peak hour < but these don't happen sometime
and the worst was after completing 3 trips and near hour end , came 4th high fare ping.
afterall it was timing + location + luck

and those hour that failed to get gross rm30+( fare+incentive) will lower down the average hour profit.

since you guys who have experience said that can earn rm20 per hour then i will just try.

( if i have wrong assumption just tell me , but above statement were what i get from doing flexi)
( i have always check the ambassador chart which tell you how much you can earn per hour, but actual drive told me sometime not possible < if to have 85% ar or 3ignore for every 20ping )
( the KM used were not fixed , because 60km per hour when no jam vs 20km per hour when jam but same usage of car component, tyre on highway/brake on city , my own fuel usage were 16km if all highway , and when trying chase incentive it became 12km/l due to jam )

I live in cheras , I don't actually know where to drive , I just bandaRaya sapu everything , last week my gross is RM1.7k and 500+ incentive , working 7 days each day 10-12 hour , sorry sifu I only can use the dump way mean work hard to get more ,sorry for my bad English , BTW I mean can I stay online but turn unavailable for job?

the hardest part of driving at night for me is trying to find the right road/turning/building name/house number, especially in dark, not well lit areas (old parts of KL especially) and if you're in an unfamiliar area. that's why it's best to practice in the day first.

When we say nett here, we always refer to earning after deduct commission only unless told otherwise.

Average nett rm 20 / hr after commission is easy because gross fare collected is only rm25 which is easily achievable.

If your gross fare collected is rm40 per hour, then you will earn nett rm32 BEFORE EXPENSES (e.g. Fuel, 10k service, Tyre change, Brake, Battery, Absorber bar, Road tax, Insurance, car installment, accountant fee, driver license etc).

Count yourself if you could still get all in clean rm20 per hour after considering expenses.

My suggestion to you is apply jobstreet to become a private driver to Dato/Datin if you like driving. At least you can earn clean minimum 2.5k per month.

Lucky me, all trips are out of city centre. I tried ignoring fare above RM10, but they keep on coming. Last-last I just accept la. The trip from Serdang to Hentian Kajang is the longest trip I did, in the 8am block. Never my AR below the 85% on a Monday, today after ignoring so many pings, my first time AR below the GA threshold...

Ya, driving into city centre will have surge, mine was out of city centre, as a matter of fact, it not even from city centre. By the way, I stay in Seri Kembangan.
