I had encountered recently a driver who die die want to wait until get a matched rider. So i just waited. I didnt complain anything, but the driver keep complain in the car

some customers are misunderstood the grabshare. some of the customers think, if they need to bring a friend, they need to use grabshare, they dont have any idea that the ride will be shared with another STRANGER/s. the term used by grab: YOU CAN BRING ONE MORE FRIEND. last week i pick one amoi (with short skirt, no less) use GS, and i asked her whether she realized that i need to pick up another strangers. she understand how the GS works, so i lega redi. suddenly ping came in, and i need to pick 2 indon workers 6km away. long story short, both trips need more than 2 hours to be completed (sunway pyramid area was jammed like hell at that time).  i wonder the amoi will take GS next time around. grab getting smarter, now promo can use anytime except peak hour. want to earn max commission hahaha.

Used to offer Promo code all day long and high demand everywhere, those non-frequent user also using it and churn up the demand and surcharge is just gone up too crazy, some customer complain about it and Grab limit the usage after that

receive b2b in area like UCSI, Sunway Velocity and caused many cancellation... wtf, i dont expect such area also got b2b even thought i just pick up my 1st rider.... so i did not go offline.....

now my AR 85.7%, CR 7%. decided to rest today as i really feel tired being a ambassador now. too much pressure to keep the AR...

rating is okay, as generally the riders now is giving 5 start. only some attitude is still bad, like keep u waiting so long, eating inside the car...

Yesterday 11:59pm trip i message rider arrived already waiting in that spot. KNN CCB that fker cancel after 5 minutes when i am just few metres away waiting. Had i knew this will happen, i sure not accept it and head home instead.
