Not sifu level but with the amount of incentive on today, 10.5 hrs on the road, 31 jobs,gross 450 , driving 11-3 and 5-11pm. some more that's with sohai passengers who should have been just cancelled straight instead of wasting 15 mins on them.

From Jalan Chendana (off Jln Sultan Ismail). She calls me and asked are you near the "xxx fishball stall"....I said what, here is all condo. She tells me "we are near Furama hotel".....
Tell her she put wrong location on app...wait 30 seconds for her to cancel, cannot wait I have to cancel. Good thing get another job from there immediately after, short distance also.

KL this evening damn packed with foreigners, go now I bet they are still walking around.

Another sohai, maybe bangla not sure, KL tower. I accepted as I was dropping off another passenger there. Reach the drop off, no where to be found...OK cannot wait, round to exit, call him, he says we are coming , I spend 10 mins to round back as there is a line of cars. As Im approaching the drop off, he calls and says "my app shows you cancelled..." knn I told him no I didnt you see wrongly. HE says you want cancel just cancel la.....I want to scold him cibai to his face by this time. This was during the precious MP hour! Lucky can still get 3 jobs that hour but the last job ate time from the next hour block.

Last sohai, local indian guy, I was in Jln Perak, he ping from Wisma Boustead on Jln Raja Chulan at 11.50pm. Damn jam this hour, I call him tell him I have to round Jln Raja chulan thru Pavillion and will take 10 mins, are you sure you can wait. HE says no problem, he's in no rush. 5 mins later, asks for ETA, then says he thinks he will cancel..
By the time he cancelled it was 11.59pm, no time to get another ping that hour. I want to scream to these fuxkers how our incentive system works...

On the other hand, today nice Palestinian American passenger, picked up from condos near KLCC, supposed to go Bukit Bintang McD. ON the way there we traded our experiences living abroad. Reached Jalan Ceylon, Waze routed us thru there but forgot it was closed for the weekend, only for pedestrians. He insisted he wanted to alight there as he wanted to go see see, can see why also
Gave me $100 note for $6 fare, asked me to give him back $90, so $4 tip for $6 fare.

I wished Grab feedback allow us to also comment on jobs we were happy with, not just sohai's

hard to make it 4 jobs in KL city center during MP hour, but what to do first ping at 12pm and 5pm both take me there, high surge fare.

that sohai bangla cost me the last UP block.
Saved all my bullets, then when rounding Taman desa got idiot GS job come in, reject, next job also rejected, then suddenly the SAME GS job come in again! reject la...so that idiot used up two of my AR bullets with one job request,

But effect on your rating? Today I called another ang moh lady, rushing 1st job in MP block due to sohais, 2 mins away I tell her I almost there. Reached there, after 3 mins called, then after long long ring she answers "yes yes I coming already". Can sense the tension....

Tonight rating drop .01 ...

I want to know if anyone crazy enough to do 17 hour straight today....claim all the HP blocks hahaha

Is OK, learnt to adopt Zen attitude and let it go quickly, focus on next job.

The main thing this demonstrates is lack of consideration for others and selfish attitude. Surely they know its damn hard to get taxi/grab during peak hours. So surely they know its bloody rude/selfish to be slow slow and make driver wait. Like those bastards who slowwwwly reverse out their car in a crowded parking lot.

THe sad thing is I find that this attitude reflects the culture of our society, in other more developed countries such rude behavior are far less tolerated. Hence when newly arrived Westerners/tourists come here, when they take Grab they behave very well. But after a while, some of them will also start to behave like the locals (slow/late to arrive, rude/impatient etc) ....

Yesterday at Sentul LRT got a GS job, $3...distance 1.7km...Take la as I know its not going to take long. Suddenly get matched $4 job from the same LRT, destination also on the way (no need U turn or anything after drop off first rider, just 1km ahead)!

FIRST time I can say that GS job benefited me as driver, because when I took the first job it was 845pm and I had only finished two jobs. That matched GS job left me with 4 jobs completed hour and the next hour can reset almost full hour again

The $3 GS customer (filipino nurse) must be wondering why she ordered GS to save $1-2...

PS: customers will start to hentam GS when price surge, depends also on the area. So solution as drivers...get enough bullets to reject the sure rugi GS jobs (>~$15 during surge) and pray you get matched with a shorter GS. Last resort...go offline and run away from that area.

When Friday traffic jam + High demand +high incentive +inconsiderate customers... sure the complaints come out....luckily is only once a week

You didnt get request to go Jinjang/Kepong/Damansara Damai/Bandar Sri Damansara during those times? Or power had a lot of bullets...

to be honest I started to follow your style... but still not learnt how to not affect the customer mood making them feel rushed.... maybe should learn to just don't worry so much about how they rate you...
