This week slow abit, I also got a lot of promo on Monday, some of them say credited next working day, but until now (wed) still not in wallet.

yet another reason not to take GS job, these fxxkers tend to be cheap AND entitled little shits...

another thing nowadays I scared to take from college students already... I find they are very stingy to give 5*and will silently 4*you or worse.

I also keep a microfiber cloth with me when I drive, every few rides or if I see dirty rider(s), I'll quickly wack the seats with the microfiber cloth to get rid of obvious debris. Kena once Bangla Rider bring shopping bags inside during rain, after he left found mud on seats....

OK when ping comes in, do you:-
--already recognize the name of the condo/shopping mall/location of the area?
--Do you roughly know the typical traffic condition to that area at that hour and which roads are likely to be jammed ?
--DO you know all the shortcuts in and out of a location and detours to bypass jammed roads, and the best/least crowded pickup zones for a shopping mall(example mid valley has four parking zones, do you know which drop zones are which location)?
--Do you know which area are best to avoid during peak hours?
--Do you know which LRT station is nearby your current location and where the riders roughly like to go?
--Can your mind automatically already create a rough route/estimated time to get there from any ping location to the destination required (within the 15 seconds you have to accept the ping)?
--Do you have a feel/instinct for rider demand at particular time of day or based on weather/events going on?

Until you can do all this...dont keep coming here to ask for people to teach you bla bla bla....all this need driving experience. People will share knowledge when you have something to share back.

I have many times picked up passengers with little tyrants/toddlers.... they so noisy and climbing all over the car like there's a war behind me. pro tip... always lock your car door and windows with small children.

sometimes I get a ping then it immediately disappears(no chance to press accept also), AR also drop so it's consider like you rejected the ping. is this a case of kena curi long also?

he a bit drama queen... likes to post on social media a lot. he wasted so much time on this while he could have kept on continue driving.

why Grab so easy to hack one ah... until now with their millions invested still cannot secure their app????🙄

(x+A) / (x+B)=0.88 where x is the number of additional acceptance,
B = total number of requests (pings)
A = total number of acceptance

in your case A = 60+ total number of passenger AND driver cancellations.
B = A / current AR (including decimals) = A/0.7

if you had ZERO passenger and driver cancellations, then solving for x:
0.12x = 0.88 x 60 /0.7 - 60
x = 129 (to nearest integer)

which means you need to accept 129 more jobs without rejecting a single ping, in reality, Im guessing he has had a few cancellations, which means he has to do MORE then 129 jobs before Sunday 1159pm (hahahahaha).

60 trips is trips completed, but no cancellations. In reality he will have some cancellations which make up his 70% AR. Meaning his total number of acceptance his higher and he will have to make up MORE to raise his AR back up to 88%.

As a side note this is the second time I've seen newbie rejecting too many jobs thinking can easily make back AR. How hard is it to remember the rule? (6 out 7 pings for GA, 8 out 9 for GPro?)

AGain you have to remember your AR includes cancellations, you need to add that, not just count completed trips.

newbie: Accept all jobs.
PS: passenger cannot rate driver until you press pickup. if your DR drop is because passenger rate you lower then 5*.

you only need to count cancellations, you can work out your total pings from your AR, completed trips and cancellations count. I just quickly scan thru the job history to count cancellations (red font), then total trips from the weekly summary tab. I've gotten so used to it I can even calculate forecasted AR while driving to the next job (multi tasking)....

He's not even doing hard research, any fool can plug in the kind of numbers he's throwing out, its not even form 3 standard. Ask him to derive simple algebraic equation, he cant do
Actually he's like the type of colleague at work who will ask everyone (and his boss) "how much you make ar? how long hours you stay in office? teach me to make as much as you ar please? etc etc", he will do everything except actually DO the work that is required to rise up the rank. knn, dont even have a first job, want to talk about yearly increment and promotion
You can see his work ethic by the way he drives grab, only want to easy shortcuts, susah abit say zzzz already
