the app problem is their own creation.. completely avoidable if they had planned things out properly.
Singapore long ago introduced cancellation charges.. wonder why the delay here? but then got another problem... the next Rider have to collect cancellation charges.. can you imagine you as the driver have to ask those difficult CCB grab customers to pay up their charges? sure another punching case.

I thought I was in lousy area yesterday with having to cancel four jobs.. but now seems lucky I wasn't working today.
no show and late definitely no leeway or excuse for the riders..memang should impose cancellation or late fee charges. cancel due to traffic or waiting too long..ok that one can understand.

If they die die dont want to impose fine...OK how about a system such when kena no show, get warning will be given lower booking priority for next ride, no promo, 2nd offense must register Grabpay, with warning that third offense must book using Grabpay and will kena $5 surcharge.
Another thing is those GS..if they kena no show/late...will be banned from booking GS for the next 5,20, 50 rides for 1st, 2nd and 3rd offense

grab response to Incentive glitch as at 900am today.

Android dev for the incentive need to be replaced. or at least paired with someone more competent. Incentive app source of most problem with app since it was introduced.

I can say mission accomplished for me...I survived today....even pass thru Jln Alor area at 5pm
Managed to escape to Setapak area from there, even used Jln Sultan Ismail to Jln Kuching...traffic was OK actually! (Not the other way tho....seems everyone in KV wanna go to KL this evening).

At 4pm straight came two consecutive pings from KL baptist church to Avenue K/Tun Razak area.....straight ignore. Maybe they want to go there to support US embassy???

BTW I now know where is AP's port, heaven of short trip, light traffic. but I got pulled out of that area

Today also seems whole of KV is not sleeping, all going out to party. All the highways heavy traffic even at 1030pm.

what about Google, Google play store and Google services? my phone has these three with sms permissions selected by default.

if you're too mafan to write down... just mark down every time you ignore one job. some ppl use coins for this. then during quiet time or when break... check back with your job history to see your AR. the less things you have to do the less likely you are too forget it or get lazy to do it.

most important... the 'ended' tab in the incentive shows the correct amount of incentive earned.. better screenshot/take pic in case next week they wrongly calculate or don't pay you the incentive.

how you can get grab to work without permissions to read your SMS?

think next few Saturday nights I'm changing to flexi/high fare strategy. lots of people going out at night end of year. drive this evening from 6pm to1030pm 50% of pings had demand surcharge of 100%.
gross 175, only 13 of it was Incentive...
