Today I got customer, B2B come in ping when I just about to drop off curve at Samsung side (north entrance). The location was at South Side (opp Ikea). so I send chat to her "Im at the other side, coming now". She replies OK. I SHOULD have confirmed which side she was on, but I assumed she put correct place. rounded Curve, reached South Entrance, no where to be found. Call comes in "Im at CIMB side"...which is next to Samsung (north). KNN...

anyway just round back....didnt say anything when they come in. Cursing like hell inside my head on the way there. Reached her destination, she gives me $1 tip.

moral: small things, dont complain to customer. at most just put negative feedback later. Unless you got high DR to burn and just feel like release steam, tiao customer that day biggrin.gif

if normal cold don't take antibiotics.. really they now getting strict about giving out antibiotics due to a lot of resistance.

Has anyone ever gotten a customer where the booking ID starts with VNU-xxxxx?

I know only got IOS and ADR for iphone and android. The fxxxxer didnt showup, had to cancel, and whats more the app couldnt send chat, only SMS to him. which he didnt respond.

must be la...but I passed by, the 1U kiosk is at the taxi lane...damn confusing to everyone, since Grab drivers normally cannot enter the taxi lane, yet customer wait there since kiosk is there?!?

I live nearby and bu is my port so I think I know that place pretty well. the grab kiosk is at the end of the taxi Lane. issue is most customers when they go over to the kiosk they will be looking for the car to come thru the taxi Lane instead of the normal cars side. and grab cars can only go thru the non taxi Lane, so when we arrive we will be looking for customers on our left. but if they are waiting at the kiosk side we should be looking to our right. trouble is how do we know beforehand that customer is waiting at the kiosk? customer book thru kiosk also don't put any note. apparently also cannot chat.

for old wing...99% just wait at the old tim ho wan restaurant side. much less jammed also compared to new wing.

For Pavi...most of the time I ask riders if can drop at CHulan entrance...if raining I tell them I drop at Porte Coche since it is covered.
But yesterday, got one job send rider to Grand milenium hotel, just after BB entrance of Pavi....thought die d, GG jam, 7pm something somemore..

Then 10 mins before reach got B2b to Fahrenheit...I message rider if she want faster better cross over to Grand Millennium since I dropping off there. Lucky she agreed. And best part is when reach there, first rider tip me RM5, and the 2nd rider was already waiting for the first rider to get off biggrin.gif

You know next year with SPAD rules they will have problems finding enough drivers. There is already a precedent....Singapore Uber/Grab report that new drivers are harder to come by since the Singky garmen started requiring a licensing process for e-hailing drivers.

the best way to educate them on this is to cancel when they over 5 mins.

as incentive player you will always rugi doing these offline deals. especially if you Kena polis roadblock.

I have noticed that ang moh riders who live here and work here NEVER tip... not even rm1. even if fare is like rm9 they will give exact fare (with coins somemore!!) or will expect change from rm10 note. but after getting off car will go spend rm10 plus on their Cappuccino.

ps: above Rider was a 50 something executive level guy who made me wait 5 mins for him to come down.
