Yep...guess what.. I was there at PWTC at 6pm...was tempted to take a higher price job (>100% surge) from 1mont kiara to Jln Ipoh just off PWTC...fatal mistake. completely F'up my evening drive.

but I do notice b2b will try to match you near near to your drop first provided you turn it on available at least a few mins before you reach. and provided there is no hot potato job that nobody wants nearby.

same since yesterday around midnight

no stopped at 9pm. just noticed because want to check incentive ended tab. fingers crossed. the last time messed up online time still not get money back (about rm10).

at this rate with not enough drivers and still Incentive problems might be tempted to Cuba Uber (curi curi)

Uber riders in KL how? damn tulan d with some lousy riders always ard Jln Ipoh/Sentul area (I think mapren area also not so many issues).

1. Rider cancelled after I almost reach HKL with no notification and after I already informed reaching

2. Indo rider put rivercity pickup, but on other side of Jln Ipoh. Called tell him cross over....rider said ok...few mins still same place "you kat sebelah kiri ah"? wtf....cancelled, damn tulan wasted another 15 mins

3. GS matched rider, chinese lady, reached there, already first passenger waiting and tulan, she calls up saying she coming, walking over...few mins later still no reach.. I text going to cancel receive call " I'm otw"...Cancelled no show
>3mins. Guess what....received her ping again! This HKC rider cost me one CR and one AR bullet!

4. Malay lady rider put Jln Sentul, pinned near HGH convention center. Actual location 2 km away (text me saying she is at "sup salim"). Still have the cheek to respond "habis tu" after I tell her she put wrong location and too far. Have feeling she wont cancel so I cancel first.

5. Two day before, another malay lady rider put SS2/75, near the BHP/durian stall. Reaching, she calls up "house no 9", I say is that near the durian stall...she raises voice "BUKAN!! I kat Sri Aman!!!"...I cancel straight.

So now my CR 10.4%. Four DR cancel in one day, a record for me.

1) and 2) individually got quite high probability (now 1. lesser as most know the drill abt GS), combine them together the probability of either problem happening during a GS job (especially for those rides >$10) more then 50%.

I meant to say.. b2b working EXCEPT for KL CBD golden triangle area... that one is because the density is just too high for the grab radius. wish grab would find tune the search radius for KL City center.

about amending the ride charges... you sure CS will reimburse.. especially for the toll charges? someone else here on the forum just mentioned CS did not reimburse him for toll.

avoid pwtc area if possible until December 9 when UMNO meeting end. Chow kit, pekeliling, HKL no go. jln sultan Ismail towards that area also.

Grab CS hotline not working?

I think they're CS hotline flooded with calls about this hence cannot get thru, all three numbers also busy tone.
