this one also I want to know... so far I haven't had to argue. some people just take the toll road anyway and if Rider refused to pay, later complain to CS and they will reimburse. not sure if this is true for every driver tho. maybe also need to story a bit. also see la if damn jam or during peak hour I just automatic take the toll road.

Actually I was just at Damansara Damai tonight...dropped off there...get b2b ping to get out of that area back to PJ sek 13. Problem was mapren booked for his Indian bff/gf? And the apartment complex had TWELVE blocks....all with no visible letters at night. wasted 10 minutes there looking back and forth for him when he was already outside, passed him once but he didn't wave somemore, so dark, he black, how to see him? I had my grablight out somemore.

Also this apartmen is the first time I ever been where they give you a keycard to wave at the barriers when you drop off your license at the guardhouse confused.gif
at first I was wondering why the barrier no let me thru?? finally saw the card clipped to the laminated cardboard they give you at the guardhouse.

I dont brain your story. She went into another car (probably made two bookings at the same time) but dont want to cancel? If you call CS and explain the situation confirm they will help you cancel. if not just ask for higher level supervisor to intervene.

those are torx screws... expensive.. but cheaper if you order online.

Last Friday I rejected a multistop....Midvalley - 1U -Bangsar McD jln Telawi. Chasing incentive, that trip could easily makan the whole hour with traffic.

DOnt assume riders dont know which is more on the way...they have their reasons for putting pusing pusing multi stop rides.

OTOH this $57 multistop I accept last night....thinking can easily complete with time for 1 incentive job, at least 25+57 gross then. KNN..the rider cancelled after 15 seconds....maybe see is Axia dont want.

the pr team who wrote that original reply to mr Chow will be given training now.. to ensure more careful with their words next time.

a case could be made that their app contributed to the incident... Rider was already angry because driver was late..(again Rider app ETA sesat)

UPDATE: they finally credited my missing $105 into my cash wallet for that one whole day of unpaid incentives. Incidentally the reply came from gc.payments.my@grab.com, not the in-app help desk ticket. I did escalate thru phone by insisting on speaking with a payments CS officer. He said payments a lot of claims recently, hence slow process of clearing all disputes.

Now need to chase them on the remaining $10 due to the incorrect amount of online hours.
