True.
But for me, I won't simply hantam like that. 18 hours a day, P block also hantam...
And it's not entirely true also that you cannot estimate how long it will take to achieve 150 trips on Ublur. If it's a 40+ mins trip, Ublur will tell you when the ping comes in. So if you ignore those 40+ mins pings, you can estimate the job you accept will take 39 mins or faster.
fren...grab style cant take more then 20 mins average per job.
What is the longest stretch of hours driving Grab/Uber you ever do?
Comparing your effort of doing a few hour blocks, get high average per trip vs maintaining >12hrs continuously per day (even if you break during the P hours) is very different. Mentally and physically, unless you have tried it before you wont believe how hard it can be to maintain your concentration and judgement to avoid making mistakes. Mistakes like taking wrong turning, missed exit and the real killer...wrong choosing/rejecting jobs.

But that uncle is averaging rm 32/hour after deducting comission, which is pretty great IMO. There is no point of having high average per trip if the trip take too much of your time to be completed.
The major problem for uber is since you dont know your rider destination, you cant be really selective with your pickup and as the result, cant really estimate how long will it takes to achieve 150 trip.
Another major problem....I'm pretty sure the pings coming in are less frequent on uber compared to Grab (less customers). Want to do 150 trips per week also....not even sure got that amount of pings available to you per week.
