Today I got $4 grabpay job to PJS 9/1e...but refused to go down to register. SO I told pax to come to guardhouse as guard wont let me in, I explained why. He just replied "you can drive in" and "??"...after 5 mins I asked is he coming? no reply, so I just said I'm cancelling. Wasted tho RM4 job last 5 minutes of that block.

I had my grab light on bright bright... he saw me straight away tell me to go down register... new policy??? seems even the resident dunt know.

I saw the grab lounge while dropping off today... looks nice but a bit small.

KLCC number One place need Grab waiting lounge (no2 is mid valley but at least they got signpost). those bastard blue teksi gangsters always damn territorial when you go there... also with three entrances most riders always put klcc twin towers as pickup location..

almost all the apartments where they require you to go down to register.. residents all know to wait at guardhouse. examples lagoon perdana, mentari crt.. any other examples? I know there is one gated house community in desa park city also require you to go down. I always refuse and just tell pax to come out of that is the case.

The bus stop is on Jln Ampang right? lots of buses but I just slowly drive thru. My problem is when jam, sometimes you want to tell the riders to just go little bit in front of the entrance so you don't have to u-turn back and waste time (for e.g if at Coach entrance, I'm coming from their left heading towards the Jln Ampang turnout). But still passengers will misunderstand and cross all the way to the bus stop. How you tell them to cross to the next level but not overshoot?

Today got one SG family, put pickup 1 Petronas Twin Towers. I asked which entrance they waiting at. "Near Polo Ralph Lauren"...I was like WTF...??? then they say facing four season. I had a hunch they were at the Isetan/KLCC park entrance. lucky I was right
