guys, go check your incentive amount. Mine, seems that the entire Monday last week incentive not masuk yet, I worry it is something to do with last week Monday system for incentive was also down. If I remembered correctly.

Is grab app having issue? Can’t see the incentive tab, still can see it this morning

Totally can't see yesterday's incentives now.  This morning still can see but wrong incentives amount.

But they dint pay me monday incentive. Lol

I got additional 200+ on Monday incentive.. Haha..But I didn't cash out that additional amount..For sure they will revised back later..

I think they still got time to reversed the cash out for last 2 hr, or else just assigned all grabpay job to negative account..Haha..

Genting is a fucking waste of time and fuel. I'm done taking Genting or KLIA jobs. Will only maybe take those if i was bored as mad or traffic in kl turns to shits and those 2 destinations would help me find away and hoping to come back with less traffic

Drop off n pick up so many times there no problem also.  

This week I tiao CS many times, whenever I received job more than 5km away I will call CS immediately and tiao then put remarks I will cancel , Monday case the best, I was at Sec 17, ping from KL gateway, 6.2KM and 27mins to pickup point, I call and ask the CS what to do if he is the driver, he said just go, I terus fxck him sohai..You think pax can wait 27mins? If this problem keep going , grab will lose many pax very soon..
And today CS told me install some satellite tuning apps.. What's a lame answer, minutes ago I dropping someone at point A, now you assigned job 5km away..Is your back end issue, not my hand phone, and if this is the solution, why not grab officially inform all driver..

I will call and tiao them whenever they assigned 5km away job to me..This may not help..But I shiok sendiri..haha

Even i file properly and teach my car loan banker how to look at the crap statement.

They can brain how it work but very hard for them to match the figure as its not crystal clear at all.

Last time every week grab incentive (after 20%)bank in once a week then statement showing figure before 20% but never stated how much after 20% for the fare.

Hi sifus.

Been a full time grab driver for about 2 months but last week was my official first week doing Ambassador HG.

However it's Thursday evening and I still haven't gotten the rest of the week of my incentives from last week.

Already rang up CS 4 times the past two days and escalated to their superiors and say need to check with their payment team.

UNTIL now still haven't gotten a response.

My question is does this happen frequently for some or generally Grab is pretty on time with the incentives.

It's pretty shitty having to waste my breathe shouting at the clueless frontliners not knowing what to respond..

I terbalik leh, I got my amount reversed and then there is a new amount for Monday incentives. For the rest of the week takkan for example Wednesday i just earn $0.11.. That's daylight robbery 

Yeah i did.. For example for below calculations.

I check back for that day i did several full blocks..

I don't think whether small or big fares will stop you from earning for that hour right?

Today surge 100%+ in Bangsar, first job pick up distance is 6km+

6.50pm job come in from bangsar to bukit jalil at RM37, hantam only and reach there 7.50pm, after that really lucky get two RM4 job

the 5x mesra card was given out for free during march for all driver, after that need platinum status only can can. Now i'm not really sure about it

The general mesra card can apply at any Petronas station
