better then waste 15 minutes cannot receive new job. also next time if see location far text Rider first. save you the trip to go there in the first place, waste time if Rider cannot wait.

Keduanya, nak inform kepada semua driver, agar berhati2 dengan glitch terbaru dan terlatest dari Grab ni, probably you guys dah alami sendiri pickup point yg lebih dari 3km++

So ramai yang dah kena glitch ni, yang tak bernasib baik, kena ban sbb cancellation yang tinggi dari rider + driver. Please OFFLINE jika tak sanggup pickup jauh2 dan please jangan call rider ask to cancel. Its useless to explain to rider ETA sebenar since ETA di app rider berlainan (refer post 59).

Kepada driver yg terkena glitch ni, harap dpt atleast upload booking ID, screenshoot waze etc. Reports atau feedback tanpa booking ID umpama mencurah air ke daun keladi, sbb technical team tak dpt check which trip yg problem utk cari root cause.

Glitch ni dikesan seawal minggu lepas. Namun GDMA hanya dpt feedback pada team management hari ini. RIP pada driver2 terkena kesan glitch ni dan diban pada mggu lepas.

Kepada fraud team Grab, if you read this, please have human consideration till this problem solve by technical team Grab.

Minta tolong pada semua driver, up post ni, jangan biarkan tenggelam dgn post2 biasa sebelum technical team solvekan glitch ni, jangan biarkan glitch ni berlarutan seperti glitch B2B yg dah masuk bulan kedua.

Aku yakin GRAB bukan sengaja, sebab glitch ni dan glitch B2B bukan menguntungkan mereka sebaliknya kerugian tinggi. Driver dan rider juga sama2 menanggung kerugian masa, energy dan minyak akibat glitch ni.

So kepada yg masih blur2 ingat aku keje ngan Grab, lol... Aku pun driver mcm hangpa gak...Issue ini sgt critical, GRAB boleh bungkus kalau diorang pandang enteng glitch ni.... Glitch b2b kita boleh slide off lagi... Glitch yg ini mmg x boleh nak lari oiiii.... Matilanak...

THanks again sifu! I was reading also other people asking where the pickup for this mall is, seems this is old style mall...no taxi stand.

Incidentally few times I had to round back from Sunway lagoon side back to Sunway hotel...shortcut is enter thru the carpark level B3 then come out thru the loading dock...Im not sure if B2 can access the loading dock?

only for Uber. for grab is driver ask for extra topup in addition to the fare.

is it really based on radius or based on the grab calculated ride distance (which is still always under estimate but at least will be more reasonable than radius)?

edit: go check the app under Incentive.... it shows exactly which area is highlighted under which zone. different from the one you did. kepong,wangsa maju under $7 topup. most of KL City center, PJ north of sg way under $4 topup.

had to use one bullet to reject klia trip again this morning. seriously wish they let us opt out of klia jobs... I'm sure it benefits everybody.

and then to make more flexible.. let's say you opt out... then cannot opt back in for the next 1000 jobs or three months etc...

YES. Most days like that (jln Kerinchi going to turn right to Federal Highway). Especially after 530pm. The Jln Kerinchi, Kerinchi link exit, Federal Highway all form a choke point that stretches from Mid valley till at least Jln University, sometimes Jln Barat most days. If REALLY jam, the traffic going to NPE will ALSO jam.

Yalor...but think back la....when you were student also cheapskate right? I shake my head at some of the things I did to save money back then.

but yes another PPR I been to in kepong, park just as bad as pantai dalam. I don't know what's the arrangement those people there make among themselves, since most cars are packed betulx2 like sardines, until they can't come out unless the car at the end is moved.

how does it work for grabber in jb fetch sg ride to SG? do you know any grabbers carry their passport, Autopass card with them in case sg customer willing to pay to go in??

I guess I lucky then... once got ping avenue k... but they waiting at klcc ampang entrance. told them, xcel... then next ping come in.. still them! but this time put correct location.
