5km radius is based on map, not distance by road.

Don't believe me, put measure distance on google map, calculate the distance from amoda building to glasshouse seputeh, that's 3km radius already. Meaning to say KL city area, Chow Kit, Titiwangsa, Pandan Indah and Pudu no driver at all during the job request.

If 5km radius, meaning u at KL sentral also can kena job pick up at UM.

Today I in Chow kit Jalan Raja Arang receive ping from berjaya time square. accept first and check travel time from waze 32min and distance 7km. call rider She say GRAB app show 5 min arrive. She don't believe I need to talk 30min to arrive. call CS he ask to cancel with unreachable in time. after he ask me to update he with my phone ID to avoid long distance ping.He advice me to download a app from Google play store name GPS status and toolbox and open it all the time when online with driver app, this will accuracy your GPS.

Total 7.1% cancellation of 67 completed jobs. So i guess i cancel like 5 trips.

Today mapren rider cerita how polis kacau black people. He show me his passport, got student visa. Apparently a lot of polis moonlight as Grab driver. Then after pickup or drop off mapren at their house, few days later the polis Grab driver will go to their house to ask for money. They will check the passport then say want to take them go balai. Mapren said he ask why? Got proper documents. The polis tell him to shut up. And they suck damn a lot of money. 1 mapren have to pay RM1000-10000. Mapren tell me, his family so difficult send him money, their home currency so small only, then bagi polis makan. Then what mapren want to eat? Clothes and watch/jewellery and phone also the polis take. Mapren told me, he kena before, he drive without license. So he tell polis just saman him. But polis said go balai check urine for drugs. Then at balai polis force him to make fake confession that he take weed. He said, he didn't take drugs, just do the urine test, will prove it. Polis don't want do and hold him there until he pay money.

again 8am met one malay auntie...Im sending one pretty vietnam girl to condo A, this auntie ping came in, pickup at condo A..I accepted and stuck on the road about 10mins due to accident on the road...when reached condo A, girl on my car want to go to block D, and i saw the auntie waiting at the roadside with black face,i then turn into block D to drop the girl.

i drop her after a traffic turn..and all conversation above is in anger mode...and she  throw rm3 at my seat , i plug hot and scream at her , u berambus!!

Moral of the story is, this passenger got something wrong on her, blaming me while i ady done my best!!

No choice, driving in kl must use the off available after pickup and on back within 500m of dropping passenger off.

I check on the job history yesterday and notice Grab has change the fare structure

Base fare - RM2 (Last time RM1)

Peak hour - RM1.4 per km (Same)
Non-peak hour - RM1.1 per km (Same, but need to verify again)

And surprisingly job at Nu Sentral is not surging, pick up at 6.55pm. That area is famously high demand on peak hour.

i got da same text too..incentives reinstated within 15mins..
