Yesterday fetched vietmoi from bukit ceylon condos to Hartamas singnature suite (11km). pickup 7pm dropoff 730 pm. RM28. dressed short short. what profession??

Also yesterday fetched two middle aged kiwis...they tell me in Asia everything is cheaper, but the CHEAPEST is the taxi fare..then reached dropoff, give me exact change for the RM7 fare (Rm1 notes). First time ever ang moh tourist like that, most of the time they will tip one. (I also friendly and chatted with them whole trip, they wanted to book me airport trip but I recommended them take ERL).

I will only consider taking KLIA trip if Im nearer like in Shah Alam, Puchong, Bkt Jalil etc..

Not worth..but like the poster say if P or B block, and you are already in area like South Puchong OK la...<50km. Anyway I would run back to Puchong also from KLIA.

I put unhappy face emoji on grab app but it's not passenger related.. like pickup too far or fare too low.. rating not affected.

mine is 4.5% this week after 40 rides, last week 5.8% after 112 rides. Dont suka suka cancel...use it only for no show or really too far (I call or inform pax first in that case, also please say sorry to them).

I think if CR >10% sure kena soft warn one.

this what time??? Funny thing is yesterday when I was in KL city center 6pm+ longest pickup distance was 2km. a lot of pickups very near also (<200m). The kinds of ping you describe I experienced last week 99. But now suspect it was due to my phone GPS. After reformat np so far (knock on wood). I suspect Grab GPS location service has been undergoing some testing/modifications lately...maybe to root out those burung players...

You are sure in the app when you received the ping it showed the pickup distance was <5km? Even though your GPS arrow show correctly in the app, its the GPS location in their server that got problem. This is what I experienced last week. Eg, Ampang point get ping to Lot 10, showed pickup distance was 2km....

They must be monitoring over 2 week period...especially if youre near the 20% (total DAX + PAX) threshold.

that one is biasa la...anywhere from Bangsar can kena Semantan MRT area, still within 5km radius ma. Its the ones that are clearly ridiculous (>>5km) that is clearly some system problem. Now I pay attention when I get ping already about the pickup distance....if it say 3km it should be betulx2 around there, otherwise I will restart app/phone to rule out GPS.

ya not sure if its 30 or 20%...?? I remember right after Raya alot of CR related suspensions, that time people say threshold reduce to 20%. Or maybe the 10% CR is a hard limit which they will automatically send you warning?
