Must ask Tengku Adnan and jib gor why don't have show room for rumawip already. Without us poor Malaysian, nobody support their plan towards wawasan rasuah 2020.

Rumawip is Dnuri. Nidoz is the high end one.
Both under same developer. And just side to side.

Residensi D'Nuri, the rumawip adjoined with Nidoz has showunit.

a) What is your monthly maintenance fee you have to pay?
b) Is the lifts sufficient to cater for the residents per block?
c) One parking lot for one unit?

Think it's 20sen per sf.
4 lifts per block... Hard to say..
1 parking per unit so far

Taman Abadi Indah is also facing the same HTC, just across a road. Anyone knows if the residential there is high or low?

Looks like all (or most?) RumaWIP apartments are leasehold.

Is it worth it to buy into leasehold apartment? Doesn't it go back to the government/developer when your lease expires?

Mostly occupied, Abadi has been there 20yrs+ ago. If not mistaken it was before the TNB power station was built nearby..

Most rumawip are leasehold. I remember 2 rumawip - Residensi Gembira 737 and Lanai are freehold.

I got a call today from a lady say she is urusetia of rumawip...the lady informrd my application successful and asking me to cabut undi for house unit and bring together 10% deposit on 23/10/2017.. is anyone here got same call like me?....

it's normal they called without go through proper screening process. They called me too. want my 10% too.
