I spoke to agent, mentioned that Pavilion group bought over the sewerage pond land. Anyone heard the same?

Gotten block C, but facing sewerage pond too.

Oh yes, upon turning out from Desa water park, there is hoarding by garuda / mrt on the left...is the future mrt here?

If the roadmap is according as planned, then should be good news for all, regardless abc. Let's see how.

4 lifts per block... Hard to say..
1 parking per unit so far
