Better stop using LUNO unless you want all your funds to be freeze in LUNO. Now incoming transaction they need detailed information such as sender’s address, nationality, name, etc otherwise they won’t release the transaction.

In this case, I dont think the currency is the issue, but I would suggest bnb/xrp/matic and others that r having low gas fee if you r going to convert them to RM immediately ....and also for your case, if i were u, I wont use Luno, dont ask y.

Not really. To LUNO you will just be transferring from your own account in a VASP to your luno account. If it is a registered VASP, Luno will not ask for verification since it can get the transfer details from the VASP. So you can dump all your transfers from any personal wallet to that VASP and then transfer to LUNO.
