This case is not so easy to settle. Accordingly, BNM published the news that Bitcoin is not a legal tender. Thus MBB has to do homework to avoid penalty.

If you plan to sell in coinhako for low price, you can consider to buy some good altcoins and you can easily make 50% a day.

I gave several signals in my private groups last 2 days and all.of them having good start of 2018.

My friend in Maybank told me that Luno Maybank Account is closed. How it is closed and when closed, my friend unable to check..
*
This case is same with coinbank whereby mbb closed their account few years ago.

I believe luno closed the account and move to other bank.

Maybank doesn't want to risk themselves to provide this service and get fined by BNM if found guilty.

there are ppl here who appreciates efforts of many members who actually take the time to respond....just like you did

but some morons just dont have manners and grattitude, ask a friggin question of an issue that has been going on for so long, never bother reading the thread

and when someone actually take the effort to still repeat what has been told over and over again, can reply doesnt help much, then go look for help yourself la.....pathetic
*
agree.

He is just to show him the current issue having with Luno in replying to his question

I dont know wtf he replied that doesn't help.

I need some help  icon_question.gif .
Transferred ethereum from luno (about RM1621) to coinhako as wanted to withdraw to malaysian ringgit since luno unable to withdraw.
In coinhako, when I clicked on withdraw, it shows 'insufficient account balance'.
Would anyone know what's the cause?
There's no charge for receiving ethereum into coinhako. But i can't seem to sell ethereum off for the funds to appear in coinhako's wallet in order to withdraw out in RM to Maybank.  sad.gif
My questions have not been answered by coinhako as they may be swamped.
Or are we unable to withdraw RM from coinhako as well??
Any advice and clarification is much appreciated. [attachmentid=9500857]

You can sell me with higher rate obtainable.

i think what IRB should do is to tackle company level (luno) in term of taxable income...rather than pinching every individual investors..
if we gain they want to tax, when we loss in our investment who gonna pay us back ?

they should focus on investors' KYC, AMLA & GST thingy rather than taxing the investors' capital gain
*
Wrong. Did you read the IRB wanted them to furnish all information from clients?
Luno wanted to protect clients if they are liable to furnish such info. Thus, they are getting advices if they are liable to give.

In the developed world eg. US & Europe, when you gain you're taxed as capital gains. When you lose money, you can offset that loss (up to certain limits) for any gains in the next x number of years.

I think many people don't realize how good you have it here, US citizens are taxed on worldwide income even if you don't live or earn that money in the US. Personally I'm happy to pay taxes, just make it clear up front instead of the govt being clueless all the time. The US IRS issued statements on crypto almost 4 years ago...
*
Can't compare with US. Taxpayers pay taxes and they enjoy what have been done or developed by gov.

How about here?

Dont use CEX. You are paying 10% premium over the BTC price.

We're planning to launch our exchange next week in light of Luno's tax issues. However, our min deposit would be MYR5k and above. Since there are quite a number of people here looking for MYR pairings, we should gather's everyone info for early KYC.

Wow.. approved by BNM?
