If it's Luno the minimum is RM 1.

Do keep in mind you would need to SELL your crypto to Fiat/MYR before you're able to withdraw to your bank account.

I don't see why not. Assuming Xapo has the feature to allow customers to transfer/withdraw crypto, should be a non-issue.
