Beside MCMC, any other place I can file a complaint?
TM won't allow my terminate and asked to cancel it. I had return the BTU, can no longer access my account, no unifi atm and was told termination in 14days now while I terminate back on 30 Nov.
Who know if they're still charging me by now, I also didn't turn off Autopay.

Because MCMC is wearing TM's pants.

For those unlucky one who had to terminate and re-apply, if you're using Autopay, make sure you had turn it off before you go for termination. Because TM doesn't cut it off even your acount is no longer available.
I had mine off via phone moment ago, and my supposed billing date is 7th dec huhu

was on livechat checking report no. and was kicked before any answer, some noob CS that was, try again, in progress according to another CS

Same case as you. Let me share my experience.

I'd been dealing with TM for weeks. TM Point, 100, Live Chat, e-mail and even complain to MCMC, all in vains.
RM149, cannot downgrade or pay less, and only option is pay RM10 more for 30mbps, told by TM.
So, I went to TM Point terminate on 30, Nov. Hours later I called 100 and apply for Unifi Lite.
Today, TM called and cancel my apply as my current plan is still undergoing termination, up to 14 days.

There's nothing I can do for now except waiting. But, I'd asked my brother to register online and see how it goes.

Contract ended on 2014. Unifi since 2012. Before then Streamyx user also.
Respect TM how they treat loyal customer.

Okay, my bro just sent me this pic. Order complete. Install on 6th. Are they going to install new line, drill wall etc.? Since my old line still undergoing termination...

Also, after 1 year can cancel Ruby pack, become RM99/month ??

So, my bro applied a new line. While my old line still undergoing termination. How's the new installation be then? That white device TM placed on the outer wall (sorry I dont know the name), I dont think it can be used since my port still there.
Are they going to plant a new one?

I did it before. Was charged RM300+
Before doing it, I'd asked my mother, she said don't want to drill hole across the kitchen from the back (I wouldn't mind but it's her house and KITCHEN afterall)
So, wiring from 2nd floor roof to 1st floor living room.

Back in 2012, I still think it's overcharged by techician though up to date.

Finally installed Unifi Lite today. But, surprised me there's no STB. Didn't see that coming. But can easily replaced by MiBox3. As for my old account, guess I'll see the bill on the next credit card statement then. Terminate applied on 30 Nov > success on 4 Dec > bill date on 7 Dec (paid via Autopay). Guess it won't be much balance left. Also, registration via online order doesn't have dect-phone, solution tells me to ask TM Reward to get 3700 points and use it to redeem the phone if wanted to.

Now, how should I proceed to upgrade to 30mbps then? Called 100 said need to pay RM199. I wanted to get RM10/month RYE 2017 only. Let see if this gamble paid off or not.

Any sifus has idea/trick to help me get RM139/30mbps + STD20/Jumbo/STB? biggrin.gif
