MCMC also closed my report after received a garbage called from TM. Said RM149 to RM139 cannot be done, add RM10 can blah blah
Odd enough, my brother received a call about Unifi application said can apply RM139, then told them there's existing plan at same address, then said need to check and call back after 10 min but never was heard again.
He got the called because I told him to leave his info after checking no port available at the coverage TM page.
See what happened here? Clearly, there's port, they just wont let me upgrade by paying RM10 less.
This just fired me up more. Going to blast TM Point once I get my IC back.

No, I'm going to f-bomb TM Point once I get back IC. I remember that black and dark lansi face last week. I understand about cannot migrate but I already accepted terminate and re-apply. I'd talked with 100&live chat before going. Even have the BTU with me.
Then, I was denied. Said no port. WTF?!

I'd been dealing with TM sh*t for weeks now and they still won't let me get RM139 package. So, I'm going TM Point tomorow AGAIN with my family. Worst, I tried terminate mine and apply a new using other family member's name.

I'd actually asked to downgrade to Lite b4. But, was told cannot. If I wanted to, need to pay hundreds of x amount (not remember) because TM doesn't allow downgrade. ranting.gif
Anyway, thx 4 reminder, I'll keep that in mind when I 'negotiate' with them tomorrow.

no, I do not have STD20 to begin with, this was very old plan, I only have the free TM landline to TM landline, not the free 600 minutes to mobile/landlines

Mine was VIP5 back in 2012. When I was going to take Lite months ago, was told there's no more free 600 mins and renewed contract or penalty fee. So, I didnt take it back then. I'm not using the dect phone anyway and I dont think I have STD20, so was I lied back then?
Dont mind to downgrade to Lite, if I can get the same offer like you did, it'll be great. Since I'm happy with 10mbps, even without RM10 upgrade, dun really mind. Although I do say RM10 more for 30mbps is tempting but I dun wish to pay RM159 while others is enjoying 50mbps.
RM10 is not much but I feel like cheated if I pay them. It's a matter of principle.

Just called 100, confirm said got free call, mine is VIP5 way back then, it's bundled with free call so cannot remove

That's why it's so tough to do. I'm gonna do what alexwsk said. Try asking to downgrade to Lite, see how it goes. If possible, I'll try my luck again for RM10 upgrade next week or so.

When you agreed to terminate, after that they will tell you 'no port' Wait 2 weeks or more, and you'll be put on queue.

Okay, I took the extreme way. Gone to TM Point, cannot 'downgrade' to RM139 or RM129. Gibberish said Unifi Lite also for new customer.
Terminate and take a new plan? Nope, said no port. Then, once again offered RM10 plus to upgrade to 30mbps. (Currently paying RM149 before GST) Expect me to pay RM20 more for same service? Answer is no.
I choose to terminate. Putting on queue now. New installation might charge RM50+, not sure what sh*t, check the condition of fibre cable blah blah.

I speak with them calmly though. Don't feel like getting angry at all, strange enough. So, no Unifi for me atm but I can still use Streamyx from my next house. So, whatever, I can wait.

Okay, I just called 100 and took Lite in hoping of adding RM10 later.
Faggots TM Point should had done it for me. Stupid computer guy, doesnt have a brain. Saying no port is pure garbage.
Process is done, hearing all the long and same TC I heard years ago. Now I just have to wait for technician to call.

We're the same boat guy. I just terminate mine earlier, now waiting for Lite + ruby pack in process.
After it's done, I'm going to try asking for RM10 upgrade.
If can it'll be RM139 before GST, 30mbps, Ruby pack, not sure about STD20 and Jumbo pack though.
