my case is underground cabling. due to the fiber box is green colour type which needs cabling through underground. not those on the pole type.

i pay to installer.

your house fiber cable is from pole TM box or Green TM box on ground.?

sorry off topic.

just wanna ask. i have 4 powerline adapters. recently i just installed unifi at home. main router at ground floor living room. i want to use powerline adapters to bring internet to 1st floor. i plug in powerline adapter 1 at router ground floor outlet.

i manage to get 1 powerline adapter working at 1st floor. BUT. the rest of the powerline adapters going to be placed at 1st floor ( for CCTV, PC) could not pair with the existing powerline home network.

I did rest all the powerline adapters. but cant get all to syn together.

Im on 3 phase power supply.

ground floor(1st phase)
1st floor (3rd phase)

Previously using streamyx. i do not have this issue. all 4 powerline adapters sync perfectly accross 3 phase power supply.

I donno where went wrong i cant manage to sync all adapters together. I only managed to sync 2 units. when i want to sync the 3rd and 4th unit. cannot.

Please help

on pole type TM box is for existing/old building. which they can go through underground anymore.

now they change policy already. coz they found out keep giving free. they loose alot of money.


so now they enforced it need to pay for laying cable from underground green box. if for pole type box is free.

Online agent sent runner to collect my thumb print and complete the registration on Monday morning.

TM installer came on Tuesday afternoon and activated the new UniFi 30mbps & HyppTV services. Got new full sets of equipment.

After that went to Tmn Desa TM Point to execute the termination of old service. Remember to return the BTU / VDSL modem to TM. The rest of equipment you could keep as spares.

Everything was done in pretty fast and decent manner.  Take note that not all TM Point could process service termination. Check at 100 before you go.
