Before the upgrade to RM189,did u use the dect phone to make any calls?I suspect some of those previously don't have free call will get STD free call is because they might make calls during that period and TM will only give free calls to those who use the phone.this is my thought only.

Both of us same package RM179 30Mbps free upgrade to 50Mbps without free voice call for thank you campaign.but I apply one month after my bro.

So, if I take this upgrade, will I lose my MegaPack and do I pay RM219 plus RM10 now?

Or will they charge me RM199 plus RM10 now with free std 20?

...... if i remember who i spoke to for the speed upgrade. My reply was of course nope. Nothing is shown in their system for my case and hence they didn't process my thing at all. Wasted one week of waiting...

it used to have free TM landline to landline calls before I requested to downgrade to Unifi Lite (RM149 to RM129), my 10down/10up remains but free TM landlines gone
gd luck, if all else fail, downgrade to Unifi Lite at RM129 1st, sure TM will find ways to make u increase your bill after that

Most of the live chat CS only ask to wait until new bill is out to report if there is any missing discount. Keep trying until one that is willing to help report and open a ticket.

Im ok with the contract actually, i have been using this unifi account 10years, just that as i noticed from this thread the discount should be permanent, and now i got different info from TMpoint saying it is only valid for 2years, i'm getting confuse.

Guys, I just fixed my unifi 10 days ago and yesterday all my setup box, modem and router burned. Can I get the replacement? Reason was because of irregular power supply from outside tnb supply.

How to go about it?
