something not right with rm140 monthly pay. its ur discount i think

before this what is your plan, monthly how much u pay at what speed.

Knowing tm unlikely gonna reduce the monthly payment but maybe offer to add rm10 for speed upgrade

For RYE 2017 yours got 24months discount or perpetual ? Jumbo pack + free call?

No need to worry, tm will replace your btu etc to.support the new speed

Its follow the existing package u have.

You pay rm199 because you add rm20 free call at that time.
If you minus the rm20 (free call) monthly only rm179.

And for this promotion you need to add rm10 to your existing package i.e.
if now is rm179 ---> become rm189
if now is rm199---> become rm209

& also for this promotion, they add the jumbo pack & free call to all subscriber (supposed to... thats what the operator tm read to me when i call 100)...

haha..now cannot already la. They allow only to minus the free call at the time of application.
but u can try..who knows

come to think about it maybe can...need to go to tm point

i've call 100 on 17/11 at 12pm. Been informed to get rm200 discount with free call and jumbo pack only at rm189 monthly b4 gst.
existing package 30mbps with free upgrade to 50mbps without free call at rm179 before gst

Today call 100 and live chat since morning ask them to do fast2 since my equipment no need to change

Immediately after that got sms 'order completed'

later check at portal got different item with what mention earlier

got but discount supposed to be rm200. Portal only show rm150

Existing plan without std20

Currently got btu huawei hg8240w & router dlink 850L

1. yes, new unifi they add for free, std20

2. previous plan, no std20 i.e. no free call (normall price rm199, then i asked them to take out the free call, so my plan only rm179).

1. If std20 for 30mbps should be rm199. Cannot be rm179

2. If rm179 + rm10 = rm189 but you pay rm209?

Nothing for sure..the best go to tm point and asked them directly. Or call 100 pretend u got sms last week for the retention promotion.

imo tnb/syabas provide must have services but this unifi only nice to have. Got option with digi/maxis n others provider also.
