Where and how do you guys check the perpetual discount details? I'm helping my friend to check who just got upgraded to 100Mbps. I check via unifi.com.my portal but couldn't find, so confusing the portal.

If it is available, it is under Residential High Speed Internet. Collapse this field.

Anyway, my package is still TQ 50Mbps, I guess it takes time to update the portal.

Oh thanks.
TM also just called me, after so much goreng goreng they finally agreed to give me discount to RM 189 as well. rclxms.gif

Glad it went smoothly. Same for me also. One more report. Just give them a call to get the extra RM50.
Chances are you won't have the extra RM50 discount. Dunno why TM cannot just do everything correctly for once. But it's not a prob, just give them a call.
*
What's the RM 50 discount about? shocking.gif

My package is upgraded in UniFi portal and as expected I didn't get RM 50 special discount. I'm chatting with a CS via live chat and I can say it is a painful moment because they don't understand and confused with their own packages. doh.gif

Actually I'm quite confused.
So without this RM 50 discount then the monthly bill will be?

RM 239?
Your contract is not renewed when your package was upgraded for free.
The date in UniFi portal is to indicate start date of this upgraded package, not your contract start date. You will need to check with CS to know if you are still on contract if you cannot remember.
*
I got RM 140 Promo discount and today just received bill.
They cut from RM 299 100Mbps price.

How you did this ? I'm paying RM 209 for 50Mbps ...Complain to MCMC no action till date ?
*
learned from fruitie laugh.gif
slam the phone
make a scene at tm point
bug them, open as many report as you can
finally they gave in

QUOTE(fruitie @ Dec 9 2017, 08:01 PM)
I'm not sure how is that calculated maybe you can share your bill here. I was told by CS that mine is RM 200 discount and since others are getting the RM 50 special discount, I better request the same else headache to dispute. soonwai's bill is incorrect I think without the special discount and will be fixed in next bill. He can confirm this again if I'm wrong.

Yours no Jumbo? Just Aneka, Varnam or Ruby?
Calculation is like this?
299 + VAR 30 - Discount 140 = RM189
Is this right?

Yeah

Mine one done in less than 30mins. just change the modem... TM took back their dlink router since I'm using Asus one... haha

however, noticed that my account still showing 50Mbps Thank You surprise.....

Now thinking to get 2nd Asus router to form Asus AiMesh. now downstair cant get full 100mbps due to the Rj45 problem.

They shouldn't took it back. Maybe the contractor want to earn some pocket money and resell the router on their own. laugh.gif
When they come they still leave it with me despite me using triband router.

Condo is limited to one account/household. If landed can get multiple lines per house as long as there's port available.

Not sure about Seri Kembangan but overall UniFi's speed is satisfactory and has been impressive for me. Almost zero outage for me in the past 3 years since I signed up.

If given a choice, even with slightly cheaper price that Maxis may offer, I will still stick to UniFi. If Maxis screws up, Maxis still needs to go back to TM technicians as it leases their infrastructure from TM.
*
So far I think UniFi is the best. I recently subscribed TIME broadband 100Mbps, afternoon full speed, night time drop 30-40Mbps.. bruce.gif

Oh, I didn't know TIME will have speed drop? Isn't it fiber? Why does it sound like my Digi Infinite 150? laugh.gif
Yes, UniFi is stable and consistent. No regret for choosing it.

Beats me, now checking with TIME support on the issue. laugh.gif
