The previous developer went bankrupt due to some financial problems. That place used to have a sawmill before they build this building.

Currently, the project site is undergoing site cleaning.

Just apply permit to demolish the abandon building. Lulus on 23 Dec 2019.

Still long way to go. D/O havent submit. May b wait for next property bull run first just launch.

That pieces of land is Lot one. Think name oso dun wan think meh. Follow lot 1.

According selangor tod guideline, will have affordable home not more than 250k, lets see sunway n mkh got so good give 3b2b onot. Other developer like parkland batu 11, the netizen, metro cheras oso allocate 1b1b about 500sf for affordable home which selling 250k.

250k at best give u studio units only nowadays... Maybe give u 2 rooms but still small size unit consider very good already.

for the past 2 months, saw they build up the fence, and some new track created by machineries, other than that nothing already

Looks like sunway taking it slow n steady to relaunch this project, so near the stn very good for collecting rental
