 Sunway's new TOD project nxt to sg jernih mrt stn

Well for Bandar Sunway it wasn't a TOD to begin with. This one in Kajang already has the MRT at the doorstep and easily connected to KTM and the HSR in the future as well. Not forgetting feeder bus system to go around in Kajang itself. So I think it's already well connected to public transportation system. Personally, I don't think they will add a BRT. Just my 2 cents.

D feeder bus frm this stn only go 2 saujana impian n tesco kajang. Tesco is only abt 5 min walk away actually so location of this prop nt bad

suspect SOHO / SOXO type of product class has been frozen since 2014.. so, at best, increased plat ratio for apartments from 4 to 6 on the back of the TOD status, if approved..

Yup correct. Stadium Kajang station which is 1 station away from Sg Jernih has a feeder bus that goes to Kajang town itself so it's pretty convenient too.

Some more d kpj hospital is nearby so i thnk d demand will b good 4 own stay.

Agree there wont b brt here since oredi got mrt. D mrt stn is good enough 4 residents 2 travel 2 many places. Hopefully yhry dont price it 2 high

They also have other animal figurines beside liion head and pyramid. Maybe not all in the mall.

saujana impian not bad.. but nothing beats cheras hong soon project, i think it's kajang parc, launched below 300/sqf..

i am begining to likey kajang now..

depending on the TOD status approval, if plot ratio and existing retained structure can increase volume by leapd, then price can be more affordable, less punishing for a piece of Sunway brand.. the existing 460M GDV gives no hint coz we don'tr know how much they put the value to the retail-commercial components.. but otherwise, and no matter, my take is abv 600/sqf for the name itself.. unless they spring some surprises in the pricing like their iskandar landed houses..

transit-oriented development, in malaysia's context, it simply means next to the public transport hub.. in wider context, it should be a transit point or COG with superiority in convergence of all components..
