The previous developer had financial issues and went bankrupt I think, therefore they left the construction progress halfway. The project site was left abandoned for quite some years even before the MRT Sg Jernih station was built. I am not sure about the buyers.

Then I believe Sunway Property join venture with MKH purchased and took over the project site. After that they demolished the old building structure. Due to structural integrity and new building plans.

Tot old structure is still there? Sunway n mkh would have taken over the s&p with d buyers, maybe buyers given option to opt out or continue with purchase

Last I saw, a portion of the old structure was still there, maybe will continue to demolish soon. But almost all of the old structures are already demolished.

Yup like you said, maybe the previous buyers were given the option to continue or opt-out.

350k-400k for 850sft is affordable with direct access to mrt stn n with sunway/mkh as d developers, i think this project will do well

Yup, this project might sell out like hotcakes due to the close proximity to an MRT station. Lotus supermarket is also within walking distance.

If they are not going demolish the carpark structure, it is cost saving for the developer. I think that is why they can sell it at that price range.

Sunkway price.. Where got cheap one?
Perhaps this is amongst the cheapest Sunkway KV's FH projects connected to MRT stn.
