Also highest density in kajang too, 1605 units.

pass by this location yesterday. manage to see sunway already fence the development area. not sure the price tag compare to bt11 (parkland) & btho (keb) projects.

Wow sibeh high density but good location near mrt stn n hospital, good for retirement😃

Pros and cons- easy for retirees to access the hospital when they are sick or need medical treatment

Now they have demolished that portion of the building. The previous developer had financial issues and left if half way.

They scare the building not built well so just scrap the half construct building?

How is the buyer that buy from the old developer ?
