You can never go wrong living in a neighbourhood that is well designed by DPC landscape architect. 1.3k units wise, well, its definitely not low dense and you're sharing with hundreds or probably thousands of family members. Price wise for condo is basically bang for bucks for such great facilities scenery you're getting. Location wise it isn't great as its slightly parted from the hot spot of Cheras, but think again it the peak of Alam Damai, thus its one of the good/premium spots in Cheras.

went to see the facade of the condo...looks like low premium facade ....dont like the design

other than nice view or design like dpc.... in term of density.... damai vista and damai hillpark condo fair better in term of density... and 500k +- for size of 1000 sq ft... whats the smallest size this project have onwards?

i think within sg long vicinity.... mahkota cheras subsales also have alot of options... not brand new from developer... but brand new because owners never stay in and waiting for re-sell... haha.... brand new from developers u have to get it from further outskirt areas already....

as for this project... there is landed.... but not sure u able to snatch it or not...

yea.. i think the only reason u buy the condo here would be because of the landscaping and the mixed developments factor... otherwise... the location is still alam damai... without PRIMA completion already unmovable during peak hours... imagine all done and residents moved in....

Only looking for kl area and new only haha, but thx for the information, anyone else know any new place terrace?

this terrace 2 storey at least rm577-7xx for maintenance fees, it is strata title meaning u cant change a single thing for install a gate or change some structure. There is no balcony also.

well... at least this is a brand new landed that consider closest to KL in term of distance... all the locations that are better than here wont be building landed anymore... not much huge lands for landed developments.... total terrace how many units? the high maintenance fees could be due to the number of units... and also do they have any other facilities like clubhouse or etc?

new terrace around your price mainly at sg long or mahkota area. U can try glomac at cuepacs but not sure is it fully sold.

If u want nearer to kl, try tiara hills but the price is slightly over your budget.

But If they have millions why want to choose near PMU? I mean as in we don't use lift also, may be clubhouse and swimming pool, but they are charging higher, some high end apartment only charge 35sen psf. Any opinions are welcome

how many units of terrace they have...? if alternatively they can cut-cost on the clubhouse and maybe all the fancy fancy dpc-alike landscaping to reduce the maintenance fees in ur G&G area... would you be okay with that?

181 units, they also mentioned future maintenance fees will increase, Although have lake, but the price a bit at the high side maintenance for terrace. I hope they will drop the price since we don't use lift at all and some other things. 35 sen psf is same as the Bukit Jalil high end condo lol
