And they'd told you price not fixed yet. So it doesn't seem like they have been unfair. You have a right not to proceed. In law they cannot forfeit your deposit. It's illegal. So rest assured. Likes and it's prolly due to non HOC and rise of raw materials that they can't pinpoint the final PP. And they are prolly waiting for confirmation whether HOC will be extended. |

If go thru their official sales team, they will provide the right info. I believe they wouldn’t forfeit the deposit unless it’s been stated in the booking form. |
