MOT under HOC campaign (FREE) once Loan approved, u will get priority to choose unit. coming 1 or 2 week, they will open for unit selection. let see let see....

Yeap. Tamansari is strata and waiting time is too long for me. Plus the township landscape is quite simple. Location wise it’s near to highway exit. Templer, I didn’t like the layout it’s wide but short in terms built up. Layout is too westernized others might like it. Again review on previous project not so great plus waiting time long so I skipped it. Garland came to me few mths back and the completion is near plus I like it’s being near to the lake. I’m more convinced to Guocoland master plan for now. Let’s hope it’s been materialised.

I went to Tamansari, yes strata..!! i dont like. templer i didnt visit, since i like the layout of the garland2...dont want waste time for others.

friend ask why i dont buy Gamuda Garden , why buy so far until rawang haha.... i told them Gamuda Garden is leasehold la.... and i dun like that area

Rawang far compared to gamuda gardens? It’s just few kms further up je 😅 Emerald township is far matured compared to GG. Pricing wise GG overrated, merely Bcz of the brand. Just go with what your heart says. End of the day it’s you and that is gona enjoy your house. ✌️

Tried to survey foods nearby emerald rawang. Not bad, a lot choices. And very near to Garland 👍
