Estimated to complete by 2021 as per published in Emerald Rawang's website, though it's impossible. Looks like it's going to defer to next year again. Land clearing has been done and were well paved, but no piling works.

Thanks bro. I heard from my agent last time only left few corner units. But don't know now got any loan rejected units or not. If you want i can pass you my agent contact you can check with him.

If you are looking for a unit nearby that area i think it's better you go visit both first since Chloe is already a completed project and Mallow already have show unit.

I heard from SA that the management is planning to build a waterfront area (ala Desa Park City) just beside the Clubhouse and currently in talks with Jaya Grocer biggrin.gif .. it will also soon house a few F&B's and other shops as well.

I heard that it will first be opened for private viewing for buyers of Mallow. Later on they will open it for public.

Ya, i can see the prospect of Anggun and it is getting better now with the coming in of all the franchise stores like beer factory, uncle don's, brew house, among others. Hopefully more chain stores coming in. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Lotsa new businesses in Anggun area. Garland 1, Garland 2 and Mallow shall add up on the populated residence in Emerald proximity. Anything is possible, if demand is there business opportunities follows.

Mallow vacant units not sure. Chloe's 2.5 storey still have units, it is unique, depends on self-preference.

No idea, myb it's due to the market prospect... As of now, I can see it's gaining some sort of a traction, slow but progressing la. Hopefully the Club House will be built soon.

Anyone of you notice that the B24 road has been widened?

Why Rawang is difficult?
This year onwards, we can see drastic changes in Rawang which includes the modernisation of the whole Kundang area (Gamuda Gardens, DLK, Nido etc.) as well as the addition of new townships/projects along the main Rawang road (Mallow, Garland, Chloe, TamanSari etc.). Even the B27 road had been widened (towards AEON from PLUS).

In fact, Anggun already has all the major players such as Brew House, Uncle Don's, Beer factory and a couple of 'Grocer' stores. If and only if the Waterfront area is really to be opened, then it's a jackpot for all the owners at Emerald West.

Hope so....as I am from Rawang....The road is forever in construction, and many traps (holes) on the road after the tol. Everytime new phase launching, there will have many rumors about this and that...

Just the club house, almost 10 years still nothing...Waterfront? May be another 10 years?
The construction cost is getting expensive now...may be this developer will delay again as profit reduce...always Chinese man standard just focus on short term profit..never consider for long term.

Yeah, i can understand the frustration of waiting 10 years for the clubhouse.
But it seems that for Mallow buyers, they are giving 2 years free membership for the clubhouse - so that means the clubhouse development is already in progress? Not sure if buyers of Chloe and Garland/2 are entitled to the same..

If that's the case, I think they cannot postponed anymore.
But, It's really frustrated about the Rawang government, 20-30 years cannot fix the road??
