I think he is referring to that failed claymore who is only good for her looks which is not the usual claymore style. Seems like she is more human than claymore and her responsibility is to take care of that No.3 Claymore (not sure if its correct.

I'm still waiting for the manga whole complete chapter 13...the anime is just not enough...should not have read the manga...makes me so anticipated about what's gonna happen next.
