The story gets a bit repetitive though. But it is not bad, just wished the author did not recycle theme too many times.

Nah it is a not a spoiler since the anime slated to be 26 eps. Don't think the anime will cover events in vol 10 - 13, unless it is popular enough to have a second season.

Anime is heavily dependent on sponsors and ratings. Some animes like Stellvia and Berserk are great stuff but never got animated beyond season 1 because it did not have sponsors. Even Gunslinger Girl have great story arc in vol 3 onwards but so far anime ever come out beyond the first 13 eps.

So is Pumpkin Scissors.

It is hard pressed to see if Claymore will get Season 2.

I think in the ending will Raki have to choose between Priscillia and Claire, those tragic endings one. Plus the real secret of the Organization will be revealed at last.

Awaken Ones basically very hungry for human flesh, even in human form. So it is out of question to convert all Claymores into Awaken Ones.

Well, it is end of Slasher arc, so now the next anime arc will be story of Ophelia.

Hahaha, I love it when people simply call it spoiler, when the preview for next ep featured Ophelia in all her full glory. I don't even said what is gonna to happen too.

I watched the raw and reading the manga. I never said what Ophelia story is all about, just named her in the preview section of this week's ep.

Claymore was released once a month which is great since we getting quality, well thought out story. The mangaka estimated that Claymore will be done in 25 volumes, so there is 13 volumes more to go. On average there is 6 chapters per volume, so we talking about 78 chapters incoming, equal to 6-7 years of work.

Which fine by me since I want good quality. Don't mind the waiting. After all Evangelion manga still ongoing for almost 10 years and honestly it is great.

I think it is a same setting. Guess we have to wait, like a fine wine.

Edit: His last work took him 8 years to finish and now Claymore has been around for 5 years. Legend of the Angels or Angel Densetsu is already finished, first created in 1992, finished in 2000.

Manga looks forceful, anime is more deliberate and intimate. That's how I see it.

Claymore manga serialized every month once. So as I explained before, the manga will take another 6-7 years to finish. The story started in 2001.

I don't hear any plans for 2nd season of Claymore, so either we gonna get an open ending or worst, incomplete ending.

Flora died a warrior's death, this is path of "live by the sword, die by the sword" ethos.
