Wei, they say close to your shins only wei. they din say its necessary to rip the skin off your shins...

I dl also din touch shins... only just the part below the knees abit.

Haha, yeah, i prefer not to touch from the very beginning i started deadlifting...
so i guess its personal preference and what one is used to...
whether bar touch shin or not, more importantly is the hip and knee angle when lifting.

Heaviest i've benched so far is 62.5kg.
Thats not alot.. just around my body weight that time.
Anyway, my chest not that big ler... and i don't really want big chest also... chest is not my fav body part.
In fact, its my least favourite.. .lol laugh.gif

My guess is, he probaly put on enough mass till his maintenance levels is high. which is why its also hard for him to get fatter. And being an endo, losing fat also hard. >.<
