i have been recreationally diving alot since travelling

but i got a new project coming next year and was thinking of opening a watersport office offering dive and what not. but i cant read up much about this business anywhere and i remembered Lyn have everything and i found this lol

any help anyone?

Lol. Which location? I dont know much about the diving shop operations but it is quite saturated in Klang Valley and earnings dont seem to be high.

i understand that u need to come out with a proposal etc on equipments dive masters location check etc but a startup seems tough without a guideline

Yea. Its not easy unless you have experience working in a dive shop. And trust me most centers wont share info because you are their competition.
Equipment, dive masters and so on is easy. The operations part is difficult.

thats true. just came back from bali and had an hour dive there

talked to the owner, thats the only info i got so far.

I plan to dive in Mabul on January next year.
After exit from Mabul I plan to stay for 1 more night at Tawau or Semporna but cannot
make the decision. If I want to find food place, sight see and some shopping should I stay in Tawau or Semporna?

If my memory serves me correctly, both town is also a dead town. Maybe Semporna.

Both is dead..but i suggest u lepak Tawau.. go find seafood steamboat and go karaoke thats what i do last time..

Owh, so, both town got nothing to do right, especially at night.
so, next option maybe stay at mabul or just straight balik kl

i was alternating lombok and bali

to and fro i only saw heaps of smoke/steam from Agung

by the time i got back here it erupts abit but that 1st one was also steam/smoke from the unforgiving rain hahaha

the real eruption disrupts everything from 26-28th guess im lucky
