Scary these Toyo tyres... the other day I was taking a corner at 75KM/h... the tyre already gave a warning...

the other car with Michelin PS4 all good at 75-80KM/h same corner....

PS4 are top of a top-of-the-line product, wet grip is the best. Toyo are just mid tyres. If u concern about grip, wet traction, never ever buy Continental tyres, be it UC series or MC series. That brand are not ok for wet traction

I too find Continental very bad on wet. CC6 ad UC6

So far, no complaint on the Toyo but then I haven't got chance to compare it to the Michelin.

My house got one x50 using uc6, and my wife crv las time using Toyo now change to primacy suv+. So to me, no much difference btw uc6 and primacy in wet condition. But primacy is more quiet than UC6. Toyo in wet condition is poorer.

But in dry condition, I feel Toyo is better in acceleration. Maybe because Toyo's thread is lower. But tyre noise is the worst compare to UC6 and Primacy

Overall I would say Primacy > UC6 > Toyo, of course same in terms of price, lol.

The pevious Toyo last for 52000++ km before I change them to primacy

That is correct, that is why I can't drive the car in aggressive way after change to primacy, lol, feel like car body roll become more obvious. Toyo is better in handling, but it is very noisy.

On the other hand, the previous gen HRV has the worst air cond I encountered.

have to agree with that la. so far my setting temp is at 24 and the fan speed is at the 1st. very seldom have to increase the fan speed.
its just i wonder which will perform better between belt driven and electric.

That's the Auto-Dim function. If no light, no autodim.

I also wonder if Honda improved their air-cond coldness.

My City eHev aircond with electrical compressor also very cold. Usually switch to temp 26 auto for daytime and 26 (not auto, minimum fan) for night or early morning.
Already pretty cold. Other cars have to use 23 to 24 to achieve the same coldness with higher fan blast.

So far I have never gone below that temp. Other cars always 24 to hit that coldness.

Coldest AC i had faced are those Campro based Proton car, that was the coldest AC, even night time can make it like sitting inside fridge. Honda car on Accord also cold, putting 25-26 with higher fan speed is enough for me and cold

Conti car, tried latest Peugeot 408, need to put 19-20C only felt cold, same like others Conti brand car.
