Yes, turbo have separate service. Service A and Service B. You’ll be heading to Honda service centre a bit frequent than non turbo. Probably your 6 months interval, in the middle of it you require to replace oil. Because Honda uses 0W-20 which is thin, require earlier oil change. Maybe Honda worries about infamous L15B7 “oil dilution” but normally happens in cold climate.

Been driving turbo diesel for a long time. And have always just follow the car manual oil change interval. Nothing bad every happened, so far.

I was looking for the CRV too but surprisingly it didnt meet my expectation. I have no idea if the test car I had driven was a problematic one as i could feel the ABS was not like an ABS, kind of hard braking even when you pressed the pedal very very slowly. When i asked the SA, she was like 'not sure'. I drive a Jazz and honestly speaking the Jazz is far better than the CRV.  The CRV won in terms of space, power, features, infotainment and NVH. I was expecting the CRV could handle bumpy road very well, buttttt it might be my expectation was too high or the test drive car was problematic??

Less stop and go and short distance meaning if your travel is mostly long journey rather than stop mostly at traffic can last longer. Anyway the reason Honda have this feature telling the engine oil life before changing oil is to protect its engine and turbo. Since is just a 1.5L engine with small turbo boost but it’s a powerful engine for its displacement.
