anyone experiencing alot of error 500 or high traffic on Digi Website lately?

i can't my the voucher in digi app. 

should be new users. I don't get it as new user though

My youtube always hard to load, it stucked for a few seconds then load @ 144p resolution. Any face the same problem?

My signal is full bar and good ping but slow speed.
Complained to DiGi, said network congested.
They do not have plan to do any upgrade for now.

Will I get better speed if I get MIMO antenna?

So my Nokia 6 can lock Digi LTE signal until can use Vo-LTE, but when the same is putted on the EE60 can't lock any Digi LTE.

Just saw this term in the term and conditions for the infinite plan. If I use Digi inifinite 150 in Huawei E5186 for whole family, the maximum wifi connection available only 5 devices??

My area used to get around 50mbps, but now it only goes around 5-8mbps

Obviously it congested.Can it be improved by a modem with antenna?

why nowadays we streaming video, when we pause it wont continue auto loading...

last time when we pause those video it will finish load the video we can watch later no buffing....

well, not sure if anyone can recommend a good one because of of people only have 1 antenna.
I am using the mimo antenna above (your picture). Before use antenna, speed is 5mbps~10mbps. After use installed the antenna outside of home, max speed ~70mbps.

Nowadays, most smartphone support 4G, even the phone is idle, it still connected to the network and make it congested.

If you think 500GB is high usage, better don't subscribe telco that have infinite/unlimited plan la if you want to avoid user like me.

Why not complain to telco, some places got 100Mbps and some places not. Pay same price right?

Have anyone successfully tried Huawei Toolbox on Huawei B525s-22a? I can only manage to configure my maxis Huawei B315s-22 to lock band my maxis. Tried Band 3 only I manage to get 90mbps of download while Band 7 only gets me max 40mbps. But if I set it to B3+B7 i get around 88mbps. What If i can set my Digi using B525 to Band3 would be lovely.
