Depends on your budget. You can't go wrong with Huawei modems or you can try the more expensive Netgear ones.

It depends on your area coverage and the type of building you reside in Bro. You should check and if you are within area coverage, make a report with DiGi to complain, if no action taken than make a report to SKMM. Otherwise, last resort is to switch carrier to a different telco. All the best and hope DiGi works out for you buddy.

Trying chatting with DiGi's customer service representative on their live chat and save the chat log. You can than attach the screen shots of your chat log together with your complain to SKMM as proof of black and white.

Watch out for the price as the model you want to get is the Huawei E5186-22a. The cheapest I have seen in the market cost close to RM500+. Good luck finding the best deal for it.

It is easily identified by the model number in the full product descriptions.

61a is not compatible for use with the spectrum bands in Malaysia.

GST should be RM 6, not sure where the extra RM 4 came from but I am guessing maybe prorated charges.

What does it mean by "block" bill cycle? I thought our bill cycle is fixed based on the date we start our service with the carrier.

Actually I do because I have a ton load of backups which I am uploading from my NAS to cloud storage. But once I am done, usage will be back to minimal.
